Where does posterjack ship to?
Posterjack.ca ships to anywhere in Canada. We do not ship to any other countries at this point in time. All shipping takes place through Fedex.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rate is $8.50 on all orders no matter where you live and no matter what the quantity or the size is. Yes - This is a flat rate, so go ahead and order as many products as you wish!
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00
Can I pick-up my order?
If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, you can save some money and pick-up your order from our location at 1159 Dundas Street East. Just order online, choose the 'GTA Local Pick-Up' option in the shipping page during checkout, and we will contact you to make the arrangements to pickup your package when it is ready.
Is my package going to arrive in good condition?
All orders are packaged with our time-tested, super-tough packaging materials. Less than 1% of our packages are damaged. However, all of our shipments are fully insured, so should any damage occur during shipment, you are completely covered.
How long does it take you to produce my art?
The amount of time required to complete your order depends on the type of product. All times listed are AVERAGE times. If we have a big rush of orders, it can take longer than the times listed. Please bear in mind that each piece of art is a custom product that needs to be produced.

How long will it take until my package arrives?
Shipment time varies depending on your location in Canada. Posterjack is located in Toronto, so your shipping time will increase the further you are from our location. Below you will find the "ESTIMATED" Fedex shipping times for select locations. The delivery times are accurate for the majority of cities and towns. For remote locations, up to 10 additional days may be required.
The actual delivery date for your order will be determined when we mail your package. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code when your package is shipped so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment either online or by telephone.

I need my package urgently, can Posterjack ship overnight?
Yes, we can ship you package overnight using Fedex Priority Express. This is overnight to all major centers, cities and towns and two days to all remote locations. Just choose Fedex Priority Shipping in the shipping section of the checkout process. Please Note: This does not mean we can produce and ship your order the same day. Our normal production times still apply. The shipping will be "Priority Overnight" from the day we ship your package.
