Where does posterjack ship to?
Posterjack.ca ships to anywhere in Canada. We do not ship to any other countries at this point in time. All shipping takes place through either Canada Post or their subsidiary Purolator Courier.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rate is $8.50 on all orders no matter where you live and no matter what the quantity or the size is. Yes - This is a flat rate, so go ahead and order as many products as you wish!

Can I pick-up my order?
If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, you can save some money and pick-up your order from our location at 1159 Dundas Street East. Just order online, choose the 'Local Pick-Up' option in the shopping cart, and we will contact you to make the arrangements to pickup your package when it is ready.
Is my package going to arrive in good condition?
All orders are packaged with our time-tested, super-tough packaging materials. Less than 1% of our packages are damaged. However, all of our shipments are fully insured, so should any damage occur during shipment, you are completely covered.
How long does it take you to produce my art?
The time required depends on the product. Posters, wall decals, and framed photos are typically produced within 24 hours (weekends not included). Canvas requires extra time for the lacquer sealing process and typically requires 3-5 days to complete. Frameless mounting is a very specialized process run in batches and typically requires 4-5 days to complete. We may choose to mail your products separately.
How long will it take until my package arrives?
Shipment time varies depending on your location in Canada. Posterjack is located in Toronto, so your shipping time will increase the further you are from our location. Below you will find the "ESTIMATED" Canada Post/Purolator Courier shipping times for select locations. The delivery times are accurate for the majority of cities and towns. For remote locations, up to 10 additional days may be required.
The actual delivery date for your order will be determined when we mail your package. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code when your package is shipped so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment either online or by telephone.
